CityView is a local publication designed to showcase all that is unique about Fayetteville and Cumberland County. The magazine highlights life in our community - all of the special places, events and people that we know make this a wonderful place to live. Within the pages of CityView, you will find interesting, enlightening and entertaining articles plus photographs of local people and places. CityView will continue to bring those stories that readers have come to count on: features on local restaurants, artists and businesses, plus interesting homes, health and money advice and, of course, sports stories about the heroes of yesterday and today.
CityView distributes up to 25,000 magazines eight times a year to households and newsstands around Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Pope Air Force Base and Hope Mills, North Carolina. The print version is read by more than 78,000 people with additional visitors to its online edition.
The Circulation Verification Council reports that 93.5 percent of people who receive CityView read the magazine on a regular basis. And 60 percent say they purchase products or services based on advertisements they see in CityView.
CityView is mailed to 5,000 homes in Cumberland County, North Carolina, distributed door-to-door to 2,500 homes on Fort Bragg and mailed to all members of the Fayetteville/Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce. CityView is also mailed to Fort McPherson, near Atlanta, Georgia, home to the U.S. Army Forces Command, soon to relocate to Fort Bragg.
About 12,500 magazines are strategically circulated at 70 locations including post offices, restaurants, gyms, spas, cafes, specialty shops and professional offices.
More than 60 percent of CityView readers have an annual household income over $100,000 with 84 percent of them between the ages of 25 and 54. Readers keep a copy of CityView on their coffee tables - more than 58 percent keep the magazine for month or more.
