Andrew Seidel, 32, and Marcus Small, 32, are charged in the death of Bryan Love, the Fayetteville Police Department said.

Seidel, of the 600 block of Ashbrook Court, was served with arrest warrants Wednesday at the Cumberland County Detention Center while in jail on unrelated charges, police said. Small, of the 4600 block of Desert Ridge Road, was arrested Wednesday by U.S. marshals at the Cumberland County Courthouse, police said.

Both men are charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy, attempted first-degree murder, and discharging a weapon into occupied property, police said. They are being held with no bond.

Love, 24, was shot in the chest on Feb. 20, 2021, while in the Zaxby’s parking lot, police said. He was with two other people who were also shot at, a police spokesman said. They were not injured.
