A fire Sunday afternoon damaged a church in the Massey Hill neighborhood.
The Fayetteville Fire Department responded to a call at Clinton Chapel Holiness Church on Hooks Street around 2:20 p.m. When units arrived, they saw smoke visible from the exterior of the building, the Fire Department said in a release.
Damage was estimated at $30,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
