A performance of the Broadway musical “Jersey Boys” scheduled for Thursday at the Crown Theatre was canceled because of an illness among the show’s company, according to a news release from the production company.
Refunds for tickets will be made at the point of purchase, the release said.
Anyone who bought tickets using a credit card, including those purchased at Fort Bragg Leisure Travel Services, will get an automatic refund within five to seven business days, it said.
Anyone who purchased tickets with cash at the Crown Complex box office should bring their valid tickets and a photo ID to the box office during regular business hours for a refund.
Cape Fear Valley Health System employees who purchased tickets by payroll deduction may also receive a cash refund at the Crown box office.
Information on refunds or rescheduling for Community Concerts season-ticket patrons will be provided soon, according to the Community Concerts board of directors.
The production company said in its release that it hopes to bring “Jersey Boys” to the Crown Theatre soon.
