Kenneth Lee Carstarphen Jr., 58, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at his home. Kenneth was born in Camden, NJ on September 12, 1963.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Lee Carstarphen, Sr. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Cheryl Carstarphen; mother, Constance Maria Ellington Carstarphen; three children, Porcsha Foster and husband, Stephen of Fayetteville, NC, Jamier Medley of Sicklerville, NJ, Deon Hines of Winston Salem; six grandchildren, Taj’Meir Hall, Taj’Anai Hall, Taj’Aneirah Foster, Stephon Foster, Jr., Taj’Anasiah Foster, Taj’Zhon Foster; sister, Zarina Carstarphen of Camden, NJ; brother, Anthony Carstarphen and wife, Nicole of Fayetteville, NC; three nieces, Nyshel, Shamara, Shakeya; two nephews, Andrew and Joshua; three great nephews, one aunt, Arnetta; best friend, Jerry Sellier; his mother and father in-law, Mary and Bruce Fullard; and a host of cousins and friends.
Kenneth was a loving husband, son, father, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will be missed but never forgotten.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2pm at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home on Monday, May 2, 2022. A Viewing will be held prior the service from 12:45 to 1:45pm. The family will receive friends following the service at Unity Christian Center, 406 Russel St. Fayetteville, NC 28301.
