The suspect in a murder in Parkton on Dec. 23 was arrested Tuesday in Randolph County, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
Randquail Jahon Grace is charged with murder in the death of Romello Raykel Lilly, according to a news release.
Lilly was found dead in the 4700 block of Star Rite Lane in Parkton.
Grace is charged with first-degree murder and is being held at the Randolph County Detention Center without bond, the release said.
The U.S. Marshals Service’s Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force made the arrest.
Grace is scheduled for a first appearance at 9 a.m. Thursday in Cumberland County, the release said.
