She can help with home financing needs across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. .Additionally, she partners with the N.C. Housing Administration to help first-time homebuyers purchase a home with down payment assistance. Her primary goals are to provide excellent customer service and to serve as a valuable resource throughout the homebuying process. Marcela’s business thrives on agent relationships and referrals. They also turn to her for refinancing their homes to secure a lower rate, a shorter loan term, or for cashing out their equity to remodel, pay off debt or to purchase investment property.
Originally from Brazil, Marcela is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. While she is well versed in conventional, FHA and USDA loan products, she has a special place in her heart for helping active and retired military personnel with their home financing through VA loan products. As the wife of an active-duty soldier, Marcela also understands the complexities of making a home purchase while balancing the demands of the military lifestyle. She and her husband have two beautiful daughters. They enjoy spending time together in the great outdoors.
