Regina Litia Durr, 31, of Fayetteville, N.C., went home to her Lord on Friday May, 12, 2023. Regina was born at Womack Army Medical Center on Fort Bragg on Sept. 28, 1991, the daughter of Malia A. Durr, of Fayetteville, N.C., and Reginald E. Durr, of Meridian, Mississippi.

She was self-employed in the hospitality industry and enjoyed making people smile. Regina loved God, music, and dance along with teaching it through various youth programs. She loved children, especially her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Catholic Catechist Alefosio and Seleni Bartley; and her aunts, Malelega Uiti Pele, First Lady Filomena Alefosio Murphy, and Aketi L. Washington; and her cousins, Patrick Bartley; and Noella Bartley.

She is survived by her mother, Malia A. Durr of Fayetteville, N.C., and her father, Reginald E. Durr of Meridian, Mississippi; her grandmother, Arkie M. Sims, of Meridian, Mississippi; her brothers, Reginald Jones of, Meridian, Mississippi; Regimar A. Durr, of Washington, D.C.; and her sisters Yolanda F. Jones, of Dallas, Texas; Arkie Durr of Columbia, South Carolina; Celenge L. Durr, of Fayetteville, N.C; and many aunts and uncles, a slew of nieces and nephews; and a host of close family members and friends.

Visitation will be at 12:30-1:30 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2023, at Crystal Springs Chapel, 1400 Crystal Springs Road Fayetteville, N.C. 28304.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Louis Murphy officiating.

Interment will follow the funeral service at LaFayette Memorial Park West, 6701 Raeford Road Fayetteville, N.C.  with Deacon Savili Bartley officiating.
