‘Holidays on Hay…A Season of Light’ is scheduled for Nov. 25 from 3 to 9 p.m. at The Arts Council, 301 Hay St. This event is free and open to the public.
The festival will mark the beginning of the holiday season, attracting patrons to merchants and restaurants in the historic downtown area. There will be food, fun and fellowship. The marketplace will have artisans selling their unique handcrafted holiday arts and crafts. In addition to the Holiday Arts Market, this year's festivities will include a unity candle lighting and live performances. It will conclude with the region's first drone light show featuring more than 200 drones for a 10-12 minute show.
