Jessie Mae Bell, 87, passed away on July 14, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Jessie was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Leatta Spruill; brothers, Nathaniel, J.T., Franklin Spruill; sisters, Ethel Spruill, Erma Arrington, and Pearlie Davis all from Rocky Mount, NC. She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, John H. Bell, Jr.; children, Rosalind, Ronald, Sharon, and Sonja; sister, Eleanor Epps of Rocky Mount, NC; grandchildren, Nicole (Shomari) DeGrant, Bianca Bell, Abriana (Timothy) Bryant; and great grandchildren, Sakari DeGrant and Shane Morman.
Visitation will be held from 12 to 1:45 PM on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM at Rogers and Breece on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Burial to follow the service at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.
