Linda Hopper, a woman of immense love, faith, and kindness, gracefully departed from this world on April 23, 2024, to embrace eternal peace. Born on June 13, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the cherished daughter of Leroy Tobias and Virginia Tobias- Pride.

In her journey through life, Linda was accompanied by the tender memories of her dear family members who preceded her in death: Leroy Tobias (father), Michelle Dumas (sister), Eddie Tobias (brother), Virginia Tobias- Pride (mother), Nolan Tobias (brother), and Oscar Tobias (brother).

Linda's legacy of love, laughter, and warmth lives on through her beloved children, Donna Lynn White (Larry) and Nohara Hopper; her eight grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren. Alongside her children, she leaves behind her devoted brothers, Leroy Tobias and Walter Tobias (Kathy), and her caring sisters, Irma Thompson and Joyce Dixon (Calvin).

Guided by her unwavering faith and overflowing compassion, Linda's life was a testament to the beauty of generosity and the joy found in simple pleasures. She found solace and delight in her passions, from the adventures of travel to the tranquility of walking, the wisdom of reading, the creativity of cooking, and the challenge of word puzzles.

Above all, Linda treasured her family, with a special place in her heart reserved for her beloved children, Donna and Nohara (Fathered by Donald F. Hopper). Her presence was a beacon of joy, her laughter a melody of happiness, and her smile a reflection of her boundless love. Those fortunate enough to know Linda were touched by her warmth, her humor, and her ability to brighten any room she entered. In her company, there was never a moment without laughter, or a heart left untouched.

As we bid farewell to Linda in the physical realm, let us carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. In honoring her memory, let us strive to emulate her spirit of generosity and her unwavering devotion to family and faith.

Though she may have gained her wings, Linda's love and light will forever shine brightly in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. May her soul rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she so freely gave during her time with us.

Rest in Heaven Mama,

Love Donna-Lynn and Nohara
