Our beloved Mark Allen Myers, born March 2nd 1966, passed away unexpectedly on February 20th 2024 after a brief illness. Mark served 27 years in the U.S. Army, most of those as a 7th group Green Beret based at Fort Bragg, NC. Enlisted at age 17, he served our country all over the world. He was a proud and patriotic soldier who felt it was his duty to serve his country.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Amy; his daughters Courtney and Kiera; uncle, Larry; brothers and sisters-in-law, Brian and Dana, and Michael and Rachel. He is also survived by many loving friends, and we are all so proud of the man he was. His dedication to family, friends, and country was unwavering.
We remember him as a great storyteller who loved building and who always had a project in the works. He was always ready to help family and friends in need. As an avid historian, he had an amazing memory for details. We will miss you, Mark!
