Theda Hudson, 72, born in Mooresville, NC passed away peacefully in her home on February 25, 2024 in Fayetteville, NC. Born Theda Joy Honeycutt on February 16, 1952 she was known to those close to her as "TJ." She lived most of her life in Richmond, VA and worked for the City of Richmond and State of Virginia. Outside of work she found joy in reading, gardening, and sewing. She was also an avid dog lover! TJ is survived by her daughter, Robyn Irene McArdle, grandchildren Ava Nancy McArdle and Brett Patrick McArdle, cousin Louise Michael, and her dear friends Sallissa Weatherholt and Michaela Whitman. She challenged each of us to be strong and independent while also deeply loving us and wanting us to be safe and happy. May she find peace and rest in Heaven.
