The Police Department has identified the woman who was found shot to death in a street in north Fayetteville on Wednesday.
Chelsea Marie Fink, 34, of Fayetteville, was found on the 2000 block of Blake Street just after 10:50 a.m. Officers responding to the call found her with an apparent gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
A spokesman for the Police Department said Fink lived on Blake Street, which is off Sherman Drive in north Fayetteville.
Detectives continue to investigate. No other information was immediately available.
